My name is Angela. I am a Certified Life and Wellness Coach, Occupational Therapist, and Dynamic Body Balancing Provider.
I have 3 kids & a husband whom I love dearly. The kids only have one childhood and I want it to be the best experience it could be while being present in their lives.
I also am super passionate about self-care specifically stress management and relaxation techniques.
I did NOT want my kids to grow up seeing and feeling the stress and anxiety that I was carrying. Nor did I want any of their discomforts to be exacerbated by my anxiety and stress.
So I decided to improve my self-care skills and created my signature stress management program which changed my life.
