This soul filled event will include: Emotional Awareness Yoga Flow Supper Fullest Potential Class Fire ceremony Emotional Awareness You know the moment that pisses you off to the point that the best thing for you to do is leave the situation before you say or do something stupid. The emotional awareness portion of this event will integrate techniques to not only be aware, but learn methods to address these situations with respect and integrity. Yoga 🧘‍♀️Hatha Flow with Breathwork Deepen your connection to your body and breath through mindful movement. This class will explore and use a combination of various asanas and practices to improve strength, increase flexibility. and enhance awareness. We will dive into our breath using various techniques to reignite our connection with our life force. Fullest Potential Discover where you are limited in achieving your fullest potential. Learn techniques to overcome limitations and achieve your fullest potential. Fire Ceremony Description 🔥 Before we begin the ceremony I will spend some time sharing background knowledge on what a fire ceremony is and its transformational abilities. We will also take a guided journey to connect with our animal totem. We will then begin our ceremony 🙂 Please come prepared with 2 medicine bundles as offerings for the fire. One large bundle and one small bundle (to offer on behalf of someone). These bundles are to be gathered from nature or around your home or garden and arranged in a bouquet fashion. If you have a rattle or drum I encourage you to bring it, but I also will have some available. The ceremony will finish by 8pm and we can chill around the fire afterwards to share stories and experiences if you so choose.
